I am Sharad Kasera, an RCI registered Rehabilitation Counselor based in Ujjain (M.P.), blogging about Psychology and its stream.

I help many students, patients, and other professionals with their issues to gain high performance and mental peace. I have a specialization in De-addiction and Suicide prevention. I have completed a certification program on Suicide prevention from NIMHANS, Bangalore. I have rich experience of 7 years in this field. I do interventions for patients with Schizophrenia, Borderline personality disorder, Bipolar disorder, Obsessive Compulsive disorder too.

What I believe?

I believe that motivation is garbage without proper tools to execute the idea. I help with tools along with motivation.

Why do I do it and why I care for you?

I never shared it publicly, but I want you to connect with me. So, today I reveal that I never ever thought of this field until I saw the dead body of my fast friend who died by suicide. I was talking to him in my mind why did you do it? What made you do it? Didn’t you have any options? And so on. I got answers to a few questions and a few of them were unanswered. I started to collect paper cutting of suicide news so I can get my answers but I didn’t get much. After some time I learned about a subject called Psychology, and everything changed and I got answers to my questions. That’s why I want to do it. I want to help people to get answers to few questions. So, they must not give up hope in life. I know how it feels to lose a close one that’s why I care for you.
